C/ST ETHICS HOTLINE AND LA/FT/FPADM REPORTS

PETROTECH DE COLOMBIA SAS makes available to its clients, employees, suppliers, contractors, shareholders, and other stakeholders the ETHICS HOTLINE, for the purpose of encouraging compliance with ethical standards, as well as preventing potential incidents of fraud, misconduct, and irregular situations within the organization.

If you are aware of incidents or potential situations related to fraud, misconduct, corruption, money laundering, or any other irregular situation, we invite you to report your case through this channel. The ETHICS HOTLINE is managed according to the highest standards of independence, objectivity, and confidentiality, thereby seeking to build trust among those who submit reports.

Reports that may be submitted through this hotline include:

  • Misuse and misappropriation of company assets.
  • Deliberate acts contrary to ethical and conduct values and principles.
  • Violations of Petrotech’s rules, policies, or procedures.
  • Unreliable financial information, improper disclosure of privileged or restricted information, and other acts considered contrary to applicable rules.
